  • No. As Ratelier is a café, outside food and drinks are not permitted. Guests are welcome to enjoy food and beverages available for purchase on-site during their visit.

  • Yes. Each person attending the workshop must have a ticket, even if you are sharing and only plan to make one bottle. Seating is limited, and every guest participates in the guided experience.

  • Yes. We offer private workshops for personal gatherings, celebrations, and corporate team events. Please contact us for availability, group options, and pricing.

  • Yes. We offer off-site workshops and bespoke brand collaborations, including private events, corporate activations, and custom sensory experiences. Please contact us for availability, partnership opportunities, and pricing.

  • The difference is in the concept and creative theme behind each experience. The fragrance-making process itself is the same, but each workshop is guided through a different emotional and storytelling lens.

  • We do not offer on-site parking. As we are located in downtown Toronto, we recommend allowing extra time to find nearby street parking or a public parking lot.

  • For evening workshops, guests may arrive as early as 6:45 PM.

  • No. We are unable to fill personal bottles. Our bottles are part of the Ratelier brand experience and presentation.

  • Yes. We keep your custom fragrance formula on file, so you can reorder it whenever needed. Please email us for rebottle inquiries.

  • No. Our perfumes are made without added preservatives.

  • No. We work with both natural and synthetic materials in our fragrances. This approach allows for greater safety, stability, and creative nuance, while remaining guided by the latest IFRA standards.
